Week Fifty Seven

(Elder Clifford and Elder Tzub)
(Thank you to Hermana Egginton for taking a picture of them while they were in the office!)

I've got no idea what to write about this week. Just a super fast week with not very much detail. I guess the zone meeting is worth mentioning. This week we had a zone meeting and we basically focused on the helping of less active members. In Mexico there are an extremely high number of less active numbers. I don't think that I am allowed to say how many but the number is shocking. But basically right now in this stake of Guadalajara we are going to be doing everything possible to find and teach and help all of the less active members in their path back to the church. One of the most important things that we talked about was about the love for these people. First and foremost, you must love the person you are teaching in order for you to ever have any effect on them or their lives. So this is a really great chance to get better at loving this work and the people because they don't take numbers of how many less active people are going to church. Its just going to be our pure efforts for the love of this work and recognizing that it is important to get out there and visit less active people. So yeah, maybe you'll see some more stories about that stuff.

Other than that this week we got the news that we can go to the temple if we are in Guadalajara every once in a while so that was pretty awesome. I'll have to get to the temple pretty soon. There's not really anything else to mention. Food is going good I guess. I can eat all the spicy food that I want without any problems so I can finally start to experience all the good parts about the food here. Took a while but I guess it's worth it. Not sure how that's gonna work out when I get back to the states and the only food they eat is all without flavor and stuff.

Have a good week. Do good stuff.

Elder Clifford
