We didn't hear from Elder Clifford on Monday, but one of his friends from the MTC (thank you Elder Larsen!!) told his family in his email to let us know that he had been transferred and that is why we didn't hear from him. Later that night his incredible Mission Mom, Hermana Egginton, posted this picture on Facebook:
Here he is with his new companion, Elder Tzub.
So grateful to Hermana Egginton and all the pictures she posts on the Mission Facebook page!
The next day we got this email from Elder Clifford:
I had cambios. I am in an area called Rio Verde ( green river) its in Guadalajara. I'm sure that you guys saw the pictures of us on the facebook page that Sister Egginton took.
That was it! We knew that he was with Elder Jones over the weekend because both of their companions finished their missions this week, so we checked his blog to see if there was any information on Elder Clifford and it did not disappoint!! This is a picture of them visiting the family that owns the chain of bakeries in Acambaro, I am sure Elder Clifford is saying goodbye to them. According to Elder Jones, they asked to see what 1000 pesos looked like and the family pulled out a bunch of money for them to hold!! These two are so silly. I bet they had an amazing weekend.
